In 2018, the Nurture Her Business Retreat was launched. Headed by Libby Babet, Tami Roos and Sip de Silva, this is an event specifically designed for female businesswomen and leaders who want personal development, wellness, and inspiration from those who have actually walked the walk and come out the other side, triumphant!
The Nurture Group came from an idea profit & growth coach Zac de Silva had to help his clients find inspiration, relaxation and connection, away from their daily grind. His suggestion of a working holiday in Fiji got immediate buy-in from his clients, and quickly escalated to a business retreat called Nurture Change. Today, Nurture Change is in its fifth year and has impacted on over 1000 attendees.
